  •   Dropped in to grab some shawarma and loved the  combo meal they offer. It's plenty food to share for a decent price. Everything is kosher!! The chicken shawarma was delicious with the choice of whatever salads you want inside the laffa and a choice of side. There are seats for  take out and to order with server who was very attentive! Overall I had great experience with delicious food and service and lastly a full and happy tummy.

I would have not even given them a star. Not only did they not get my order right but we waited an hour an a half. With a $5 delivery charge and that doesn't even go to the delivery guy. Basically never ordering from them again.

Best kosher restaurant in queens by far. My family and I have been eating there for years since they have opened. Their food is always fresh and yummy to eat. My little nephews always enjoy their kids menu. Very family oriented restaurant. Recommend to anyone who is interested in shawarma in pita

  •   This is a great spot to stop by and grab a bite however my greatest concern is that there is not enough seating. I come here often and the only spot available is by the garbage can and not many want to sit and eat their food by the garbage can. In fact I came once just to grab the Shawarma pita however there was no seating and I had to sit down by the quote on quote restaurants section and pay  $40 for something that I usually get for 10. All of this because there was no seating available. Also their mashed potato is very watery down it tasted very strange. Other than that there is a strange smell like an uncleanliness smell coming from the back however the food is really good.

Expensive but the food is heavenly and worth it. It's a bit small but I totally recommend!!! The guys who make the food are friendly and pleasant which is nice. I will keep coming back and I highly recommend

  •   Good food. As a Taiwanese, I was really worried before I Walk into the store but end up the food was amazing. We ordered the mixed and mushroom and eggplant as sides. Said bar was good too. Meats especially chicken was very juicy. Good service too.

Just ordered take outfood and spent ninety dollars,  asked for my Israeli salad to be on the side, something that comes with the sandwich anyway, I was told that I had to pay for it by separately by three different servers. New owners just dont get it, think they cornered the market. Been going there for twenty years or so, at least once a month, last few times nothing but disappointment. Sad.

I only tried the Shawana on pita which comes with a salad you build yourself and fries, it was really good and extremely filling. I can't wait to try their hummus.

The food here is exceptional and very fresh! I've been a local customer here for years, popping in for lunch 1 or 2 times a week and the food has always been on point!! I highly recommend the beef steak on laffa bread and the shawarma!

Well, after shopping at Amazing Savings we decided to try Grill Point as we love Middle
Eastern fare. We sat at the tables and ordered hummus and a falafel sandwich on pita. Our lunch also included choices from the salad bar. The homemade creamy hummus was beautifully presented and drizzled with tahini. It was accompanied by a freshly baked pita just out of the oven. The green on the inside falafel balls were crunchy and not greasy at all. The fries were also tasty. Although the food was spectacular what we enjoyed most was our friendly waitress and patrons and their many beautiful children. We were made to feel as if we were regulars. I will tell you, Grill Point is On Point!

  •   Great food. The ambience is okay and the place is kind of small… But if you're on near main st. and want to go out for some good Mediterranean food, this is the place. 🙂

  •   Love their shwarma but it's so pricey! It's over $12 to get a shwarma. But I justify it by the fact that it's kosher and yummy!

I was very impressed by their lamb and turkey shawarma the first time I went there. This time I got the baby chicken shawarma (and I really am not a big chicken fan) and it was so good that I had to sit down to write this review. I also got the french fries which I love. They are more on the soggy side than the crunchy side, which I love, but some might not like them that way. And they have a real earthy (potato-ey) taste to them. I also got a side order of baba ganoush which was so creamy and rich that I thought they might have put mayo in so I googled the recipe. I don't think they did but this was the best baba ganoush that I have had. Everything that I ordered was a hit and I love the cole slaw and the purple cabbage slaw at the little bar in the front. Great food at this place. Parking is also not bad if you cross Main Street, there is parking right on Jewel Avenue. I got lucky and got a spot right in front of restaurant.

When an Israeli tells you to ready your belly for the best shawarma outside of Israel, you listen and arrive hungry. Grill Point is in a neighborhood amongst many  a Kosher market and eatery, but it has something a little special. Call it a "tribal" experience in Hebrew cuisine since all corners of the Middle East to Eastern Europe are represented. We ordered the lamb (obviously!) and were presented with little plates for the salad items up front that customers self serve. Sour pickles, spiced brined veggies, red and white cabbage slaw and beets were some of the options. They acted almost like a palate cleanser for all that drippy, fatty lamb we shoved into our mouths. It's impossible to be lady like with this food, although I tried and gave up. Know that there will be hummus and oil smeared all over your lips dripping down into your cleavage, pants leg or table top depending on how you decide to sit with this thing and your gender. My companion did a little shimmy dance between drizzles of tahini. It was hard to peel yourself off the seat afterward. The grapefruit flavored soft drink he recommended was a pleasant surprise because it was more like a nectar and hardly carbonated. I drank one. I could have drank at least 2 or 3. If there was Vodka or Arak involved, I would have had a brilliant cocktail. The only thing that put me off initially was the bits of meat, bread and salad items under the table and on the seat next to me from previous patrons.  A little sweep and wipe down wouldn't have been a bad idea, but then again, with shawarma like that, leaving a mess must be the highest compliment. Lamb and L'chaim…so good.

Great shawarma. Love it. The portions are fairly large. The one thing I don't get is- if you are dining in, the price is higher and that doesn't include tips. However, the food is great. We get it there every time we want a shawarma. Definitely make it there and try their shawarma.

Good spot, I really like the food and always get it to go. The ones that do work here it is funny try and give an attitude or whatever but it doesn't really work because I don't give them the chance. Basic let me get a shawarma on Lafay bread that's it and give them my money. I don't need no smile or hospitality because I take it to go and the ones actually cooking the food are on point so can't complain. That's why I always tip them;     none of them are attractive so I don't get it ? Haha

Stay away from this place!!! The food is alright but the waiters are rude and obnoxious. They would not seat us at an open table and then refused to let us order from the cashier. Instead they tries making us stand by the register for 15 minutes until a table was open and tried forcing ua to order througn a waitress so that she wouldnt  lose her tips. Will not be hoing back here any time soon.

I genuinely love this place. My friend introduced me to this bc she can only eat at kosher food restaurants. I am up for anything and so glad I am! I ordered the baby chicken shwarma on a pita. It was amazing and it comes with side fries and unlimited amount of veggies! The french fries are thick cut and are crispy~ the shawrma is warm and they even ask you if you want hummus veggies and hot sauce. The veggie section are usually some hot pepper pickles, purple coleslaw (purple cabbage?), regular coleslaw and some more veggies. Lol, i'm not too familiar with their names, just trust me and try a bit of each!

The onlllllyyy bad thing about this is that, if you're not sitting in the formal dining area, the casual sitting place is very small. As in, the tables are kind of close together but if you want to sit, youll just have to politely ask the people near to give you more room.

I like this place, I always go back with my friend! Planning to bring my bf here.
